Feastie（以下稱「本 app」）由 LikeABossApp（以下稱「我們」）開發與營運。下載、安裝或使用本 app，表示你同意這份使用條款。如果你不同意，請不要使用本 app。
1. 接受條款與使用資格
你必須年滿 13 歲才能使用本 app；未成年人使用本 app 或購買訂閱，應先取得法定代理人的同意。本 app 的個人資料處理方式請見 Feastie 隱私權政策，該政策是這份條款的一部分。
2. 服務內容
本 app 是一個飲食紀錄工具：你拍下餐點，AI 辨識食物並估算分量與營養，你校正後存成一餐；也可以手動輸入或用「找食物」從資料庫挑選。
帳號是選用的。不登入時，所有紀錄都存在你的裝置上；你也可以用 Apple 或 Google 帳戶登入，把紀錄、照片與目標備份到我們的伺服器，並在多台裝置上使用（每個帳號免費有 1 GB 照片空間，Feastie Pro 訂閱者有 5 GB）。你要負責保管用來登入的 Apple 或 Google 帳戶。你可以隨時在本 app 的「我的 → 帳號 → 刪除帳號」刪除帳號，伺服器上的紀錄、照片與帳號資料會一併清除；刪除帳號不會取消訂閱。備份與資料處理的細節請見隱私權政策。
下面這些功能永久免費：手動輸入、找食物（內建資料庫與線上查詢）、紀錄、日曆、營養趨勢、目標設定、營養標示與餐點照片。AI 照片辨識與AI 文字推估每天可以免費使用 1 次（兩者合計，以台灣時間計日；登入後，每天第一次貢獻共享營養標示，當天多 1 次），更多次數需要 Feastie Pro 訂閱。免費方案每一餐最多可以送 4 張照片辨識。在辨識結果跟 AI 說哪裡不對，每一餐第一次不計次數，之後的每一次和一次辨識一樣計算。免費次數可能在提前公告後調整。
3. Feastie Pro 訂閱
Feastie Pro 是自動續訂的訂閱，提供月費與年費兩種方案（目前為 NT$250／月與 NT$990／年，實際價格以購買當時 App Store 或 Google Play 顯示的金額為準），並提供 7 天免費試用。訂閱期間每天最多可用 12 次 AI 辨識，每一餐最多可以送 8 張照片辨識；登入後，雲端照片空間為 5 GB，訂閱也能在同一個帳號的其他裝置上使用。
- 確認購買時將向你的 Apple 帳戶（iPhone）或 Google 帳戶（Android）收費；試用期間取消不會扣款。
- 每個訂閱期結束前 24 小時內會自動扣款續訂，除非你在結束前至少 24 小時於「設定 › Apple 帳戶 › 訂閱」關閉自動續訂。Android 版的訂閱由 Google Play 依其規則自動續訂，可在 Google Play 的「付款和訂閱 › 訂閱」關閉。
- 免費試用每個 Apple 帳戶只能使用一次；取消後再訂閱不會再有試用期。Android 版的試用資格由 Google Play 判定。
- 合理使用上限：每個訂閱每天最多 12 次 AI 辨識（照片辨識與文字推估合計，以台灣時間計日），試用期間也相同。這個上限是為了控制 AI 成本，我們可能在提前公告後調整。
- 訂閱到期或取消後，你所有的紀錄仍然完整保留，免費功能照常使用；AI 辨識回到每天的免費次數，雲端照片空間回到 1 GB。已經備份的照片不會因此刪除，但超過 1 GB 時，新照片要等總量低於 1 GB 才會再上傳。
4. 取消、退款與回復購買
iPhone 版的訂閱由 Apple 管理。你可以隨時在「設定 › Apple 帳戶 › 訂閱」或本 app 的「管理訂閱」取消，取消會在當期結束後生效，已付的費用不會按比例退還。退款請向 Apple 申請（reportaproblem.apple.com），依 Apple 的政策處理。Android 版的訂閱由 Google Play 管理，請在 Google Play 的「付款和訂閱 › 訂閱」取消，退款依 Google Play 的政策處理。我們沒有能力直接退款。換新裝置或重新安裝後，用同一個 Apple 或 Google 帳戶在本 app 按「回復購買」即可取回訂閱；登入過 Feastie 帳號的話，登入同一個帳號也能使用。
5. AI 辨識與營養資訊只是估計
本 app 的食物辨識、分量估算、熱量與營養素數值，以及依身體資料估算的每日目標，都是估計值，會有誤差，並可能認錯食物或估錯分量。各國官方的食品營養資料庫（衛福部食品營養成分資料庫、日本食品標準成分表、韓國食藥處食品營養成分資料庫、USDA FoodData Central）本身也有其限制。請把這些數字當作參考，並自行校正。
本 app 不是醫療器材，不提供醫療、營養或減重建議，也不能取代醫師或營養師。如果你有糖尿病、腎臟病、飲食失調、食物過敏，或正在懷孕、哺乳或接受任何醫療處置，請先諮詢專業人員再依本 app 的數字調整飲食。本 app 無法辨識過敏原，也不保證能分辨包裝食品的成分。
6. 合理使用
你同意不做下面的事：以自動化程式、腳本或機器人呼叫本 app 的服務；反組譯、破解或試圖繞過訂閱驗證、次數上限或頻率限制；把本 app 內嵌的憑證用於本 app 以外的用途；上傳違法、侵權或不當的內容給辨識服務；或以任何方式干擾服務運作。我們可以對異常流量限制或中止服務。
7. 智慧財產
本 app 及其設計、程式、文字與圖像屬於我們或授權方所有，僅供你個人、非商業使用。你在本 app 裡建立的紀錄與照片屬於你自己。內建資料庫中的營養資料來自各國政府機關的公開資料集：台灣衛生福利部食品藥物管理署、美國農業部、日本文部科學省與韓國食品醫藥品安全處，依各自的授權條款使用。
登入後，AI 從你拍的營養標示讀到的產品名稱與營養數字，可能成為共享營養標示（見隱私權政策「共享營養標示」）。這些是商品包裝上的資訊，不含你的照片，也不會顯示是誰讀的；你同意我們在服務中保存、整理與顯示這些數字，並免費提供給本 app 的其他使用者。刪除帳號時，你貢獻的紀錄會一併刪除。
8. 第三方服務
AI 辨識、名稱翻譯與文字推估依賴 Google Gemini 與 Anthropic，每日提醒的文字以及舊版 app 的照片辨識依賴 OpenAI，線上食物查詢依賴 USDA FoodData Central，登入依賴 Apple 與 Google，訂閱由 Apple（App Store）與 Google（Google Play）處理，使用統計與當機報告使用 Google Firebase，伺服器與雲端備份架在 Cloudflare 上。這些服務可能暫時中斷、變更或終止，我們無法保證它們持續可用；受影響時我們會盡力恢復或提供替代方式，但不對第三方服務的中斷負責。
9. App Store 與 Google Play 補充條款
本 app 透過 Apple App Store 發行，同時適用 Apple 的標準使用者授權合約；兩者不一致時，以這份條款為準。這份條款是你與我們之間的協議，Apple 不是當事人，也不對本 app 的內容、維護或支援負責。Apple 及其子公司是這份條款的第三方受益人，有權對你執行這份條款。
Android 版透過 Google Play 發行，你使用 Google Play 時也受 Google Play 服務條款約束。這份條款是你與我們之間的協議，Google 不對本 app 的內容、維護或支援負責。
10. 免責聲明與責任限制
在法律允許的最大範圍內，本 app 依「現狀」提供，不附任何明示或默示的擔保，包括辨識與營養數值的準確性、適用於特定目的、或服務不中斷。我們對因使用或無法使用本 app 而產生的任何間接、附帶、衍生或懲罰性損害不負責任，對你的全部責任以你在事件發生前 12 個月內支付給我們的訂閱費用為上限。消費者保護法等強制規定賦予你的權利不受這一條影響。
11. 準據法與管轄
這份條款以中華民國（台灣）法律為準據法。因這份條款產生的爭議，雙方同意以台灣台北地方法院為第一審管轄法院。
12. 服務與條款的變更
我們可能新增、修改或移除本 app 的功能，也可能更新這份條款。條款更新時我們會修改這個頁面與生效日期，重大變更會在 app 內提示。更新後繼續使用本 app，表示你接受更新後的條款；如果你不接受，請停止使用並依第 4 條取消訂閱。
13. 終止
你可以隨時刪除本 app 停止使用；登入過的話，也可以依第 2 條在 app 內刪除帳號。如果你違反這份條款，我們可以拒絕向你提供 AI 功能或伺服器服務，包括停用你的帳號。我們也可能在提前公告後停止本 app 的營運；屆時你在裝置上的紀錄仍然是你的，雲端備份的處理方式會在公告中說明。

Terms of Use (English)
Effective date: October 14, 2026
Feastie (the “app”) is developed and operated by LikeABossApp (“we”, “us”). By downloading, installing or using the app you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
1. Acceptance and eligibility. You must be at least 13 years old to use the app. Minors should obtain a parent’s or guardian’s consent before using the app or purchasing a subscription. The Feastie Privacy Policy explains how personal data is handled and forms part of these terms.
2. The service. The app is a food diary: you photograph a meal, AI identifies the foods and estimates portions and nutrition, you correct the result and save it as a meal. You can also enter meals by hand or pick foods from the database in Find food.
An account is optional. Without one, every record is stored on your device; you can also sign in with an Apple or Google account to back your records, photos and goals up to our server and use them on several devices (1 GB of photo space per account, free, and 5 GB with Feastie Pro). You are responsible for the Apple or Google account you sign in with. You can delete the account at any time in the app under Profile → Account → Delete Account, which clears your records, photos and account data from our server; deleting the account does not cancel a subscription. The Privacy Policy describes the backup and how data is handled.
These features are free for good: manual entry, Find food (bundled database and online lookup), the diary, the calendar, Trends, Goals, nutrition labels and meal photos. AI photo recognition and AI text estimates can be used once a day for free (the two combined, counted in Taiwan time; once signed in, the first shared nutrition label reading you give each day adds one more that day); more requires a Feastie Pro subscription. On the free plan a meal can send up to 4 photos for recognition. Telling the AI what it got wrong on the results screen is free the first time for each meal; each further correction counts as a recognition. The free allowance may be adjusted with notice.
3. Feastie Pro subscription. Feastie Pro is an auto-renewable subscription offered monthly and yearly (currently NT$250 a month and NT$990 a year; the price shown in the App Store or on Google Play at the time of purchase applies), with a 7-day free trial. A subscription allows up to 12 AI recognitions a day, up to 8 photos per meal sent for recognition, 5 GB of cloud photo space once signed in, and use on the account’s other devices.
- Payment is charged to your Apple Account (on iPhone) or Google account (on Android) at confirmation of purchase. Cancelling during the trial costs nothing.
- The subscription renews automatically, and your account is charged within 24 hours before the end of the current period, unless you turn off auto-renewal at least 24 hours before it ends in Settings › Apple Account › Subscriptions. On Android, Google Play renews the subscription under its own rules, and auto-renewal is turned off in Google Play under Payments & subscriptions › Subscriptions.
- The free trial can be used once per Apple Account; resubscribing after cancelling does not start a new trial. On Android, Google Play decides who is eligible for the trial.
- Fair use: each subscription allows up to 12 AI recognitions a day (photo recognition and text estimates combined, counted in Taiwan time), during the trial as well. The cap exists to keep AI costs in check and may be adjusted with notice.
- When a subscription lapses or is cancelled, all of your records remain and the free features keep working; AI recognition goes back to the free daily allowance and cloud photo space back to 1 GB. Photos already backed up are not deleted, but while they take more than 1 GB, new photos wait to upload until the total is under 1 GB again.
4. Cancellation, refunds and restoring purchases. On iPhone, subscriptions are managed by Apple. You can cancel at any time in Settings › Apple Account › Subscriptions or through Manage Subscription in the app; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period, and fees already paid are not refunded pro rata. Refunds are requested from Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com and handled under Apple’s policies. On Android, subscriptions are managed by Google Play: cancel in Google Play under Payments & subscriptions › Subscriptions; refunds are handled under Google Play’s policies. We cannot issue refunds directly. On a new device or after reinstalling, tap Restore Purchases in the app while signed in to the same Apple or Google account to regain your subscription; if you signed in to a Feastie account, signing in to the same account works too.
5. AI recognition and nutrition figures are estimates. Food recognition, portion estimates, calorie and nutrient values, and the daily targets estimated from your body data are all estimates. They carry error, and the AI may misidentify a food or misjudge a portion. The underlying official databases (Taiwan FDA nutrition data, Japan’s Standard Tables of Food Composition, Korea’s MFDS food composition database and USDA FoodData Central) have limitations of their own. Treat the numbers as a reference and correct them yourself.
The app is not a medical device and does not provide medical, nutritional or weight-loss advice; it is no substitute for a physician or dietitian. If you have diabetes, kidney disease, an eating disorder or a food allergy, or are pregnant, breastfeeding or under any medical treatment, consult a professional before changing your diet based on the app’s figures. The app cannot detect allergens and does not guarantee that it can tell the ingredients of packaged foods.
6. Fair use. You agree not to: call the app’s services with automated programs, scripts or bots; decompile or crack the app, or attempt to bypass subscription verification, usage caps or rate limits; use the credentials embedded in the app for anything other than the app; submit unlawful, infringing or inappropriate content to the recognition service; or otherwise interfere with the service. We may throttle or suspend service in response to abnormal traffic.
7. Intellectual property. The app and its design, code, text and images belong to us or our licensors and are licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use only. The records and photos you create in the app are yours. Nutrition data in the bundled database comes from the public datasets of government agencies, the Taiwan Food and Drug Administration, the U.S. Department of Agriculture, Japan’s Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology (MEXT) and Korea’s Ministry of Food and Drug Safety (MFDS), and is used under their respective terms.
Once you are signed in, the product name and nutrition numbers the AI reads off a label you photograph may become a shared nutrition label (see Shared nutrition labels in the Privacy Policy). They are information printed on the package, carry no photo of yours and never show who read them; you agree that we may store, organise and display them in the service and offer them free of charge to the app’s other users. Deleting your account deletes the readings you gave.
8. Third-party services. AI recognition, name translation and text estimates depend on Google Gemini and Anthropic, the daily reminder’s wording and photo recognition in older versions of the app on OpenAI, online food search on USDA FoodData Central, sign-in on Apple and Google, subscriptions on Apple (App Store) and Google (Google Play), usage statistics and crash reports on Google Firebase, and our server and the cloud backup run on Cloudflare. These services may be interrupted, changed or discontinued, and we cannot guarantee their continued availability. We will do our best to restore service or offer an alternative, but we are not liable for third-party outages.
9. App Store and Google Play terms. The app is distributed through the Apple App Store, and Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies; where the two conflict, these terms prevail. These terms are an agreement between you and us, not Apple, and Apple is not responsible for the app or its content, maintenance or support. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them against you.
The Android app is distributed through Google Play, and your use of Google Play is also governed by the Google Play Terms of Service. These terms are an agreement between you and us; Google is not responsible for the app or its content, maintenance or support.
10. Disclaimer and limitation of liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the app is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including as to the accuracy of recognition and nutrition figures, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted service. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the app, and our total liability to you is limited to the subscription fees you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. Rights granted to you by mandatory consumer protection law are not affected.
11. Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan). Disputes arising from them are subject to the jurisdiction of the Taiwan Taipei District Court as the court of first instance.
12. Changes to the service and these terms. We may add, change or remove features of the app and may update these terms. When we do, we update this page and its effective date; significant changes will be announced in the app. Continuing to use the app after an update means you accept the updated terms. If you do not, stop using the app and cancel your subscription as described in section 4.
13. Termination. You may stop using the app at any time by deleting it and, if you signed in, delete your account in the app as described in section 2. If you breach these terms, we may refuse you the AI features or our server services, including by disabling your account. We may also discontinue the app with advance notice; the records on your device remain yours, and the notice will say what happens to the cloud backup.
