Feastie（以下稱「本 app」）由 LikeABossApp（以下稱「我們」）開發與營運。下載、安裝或使用本 app，表示你同意這份使用條款。如果你不同意，請不要使用本 app。
1. 接受條款與使用資格
你必須年滿 13 歲才能使用本 app；未成年人使用本 app 或購買訂閱，應先取得法定代理人的同意。本 app 的個人資料處理方式請見 Feastie 隱私權政策，該政策是這份條款的一部分。
2. 服務內容
本 app 是一個飲食紀錄工具：你拍下餐點，AI 辨識食物並估算分量與營養，你校正後存成一餐；也可以手動輸入或用「找食物」從資料庫挑選。本 app 沒有帳號，所有紀錄都存在你的裝置上。
下面這些功能永久免費：手動輸入、找食物（內建資料庫與線上查詢）、紀錄、歷史紀錄、營養趨勢、目標設定、營養標示與餐點照片。AI 照片辨識與AI 文字推估兩項功能需要 Feastie Pro 訂閱。
3. Feastie Pro 訂閱
Feastie Pro 是自動續訂的訂閱，提供月費與年費兩種方案（目前為 NT$250／月與 NT$990／年，實際價格以購買當時 App Store 顯示的金額為準），並提供 7 天免費試用。
- 確認購買時將向你的 Apple 帳戶收費；試用期間取消不會扣款。
- 每個訂閱期結束前 24 小時內會自動扣款續訂，除非你在結束前至少 24 小時於「設定 › Apple 帳戶 › 訂閱」關閉自動續訂。
- 免費試用每個 Apple 帳戶只能使用一次；取消後再訂閱不會再有試用期。
- 合理使用上限：每個訂閱每天最多 12 次 AI 辨識（照片辨識與文字推估合計，以台灣時間計日），試用期間也相同。這個上限是為了控制 AI 成本，我們可能在提前公告後調整。
- 訂閱到期或取消後，你所有的紀錄仍然完整保留在裝置上，免費功能照常使用；只有兩項 AI 功能停止。
4. 取消、退款與回復購買
訂閱由 Apple 管理。你可以隨時在「設定 › Apple 帳戶 › 訂閱」或本 app 的「管理訂閱」取消，取消會在當期結束後生效，已付的費用不會按比例退還。退款請向 Apple 申請（reportaproblem.apple.com），依 Apple 的政策處理；我們沒有能力直接退款。換新裝置或重新安裝後，用同一個 Apple 帳戶在本 app 按「回復購買」即可取回訂閱。
5. AI 辨識與營養資訊只是估計
本 app 的食物辨識、分量估算、熱量與營養素數值，以及依身體資料估算的每日目標，都是估計值，會有誤差，並可能認錯食物或估錯分量。資料庫來源（衛福部食品營養成分資料庫、USDA FoodData Central）本身也有其限制。請把這些數字當作參考，並自行校正。
本 app 不是醫療器材，不提供醫療、營養或減重建議，也不能取代醫師或營養師。如果你有糖尿病、腎臟病、飲食失調、食物過敏，或正在懷孕、哺乳或接受任何醫療處置，請先諮詢專業人員再依本 app 的數字調整飲食。本 app 無法辨識過敏原，也不保證能分辨包裝食品的成分。
6. 合理使用
你同意不做下面的事：以自動化程式、腳本或機器人呼叫本 app 的服務；反組譯、破解或試圖繞過訂閱驗證、次數上限或頻率限制；把本 app 內嵌的憑證用於本 app 以外的用途；上傳違法、侵權或不當的內容給辨識服務；或以任何方式干擾服務運作。我們可以對異常流量限制或中止服務。
7. 智慧財產
本 app 及其設計、程式、文字與圖像屬於我們或授權方所有，僅供你個人、非商業使用。你在本 app 裡建立的紀錄與照片屬於你自己。內建資料庫中的營養資料來自衛生福利部食品藥物管理署與美國農業部的公開資料集，依各自的授權條款使用。
8. 第三方服務
AI 辨識依賴 OpenAI，線上食物查詢依賴 USDA FoodData Central，訂閱由 Apple 處理，伺服器架在 Cloudflare 上。這些服務可能暫時中斷、變更或終止，我們無法保證它們持續可用；受影響時我們會盡力恢復或提供替代方式，但不對第三方服務的中斷負責。
9. Apple App Store 補充條款
本 app 透過 Apple App Store 發行，同時適用 Apple 的標準使用者授權合約；兩者不一致時，以這份條款為準。這份條款是你與我們之間的協議，Apple 不是當事人，也不對本 app 的內容、維護或支援負責。Apple 及其子公司是這份條款的第三方受益人，有權對你執行這份條款。
10. 免責聲明與責任限制
在法律允許的最大範圍內，本 app 依「現狀」提供，不附任何明示或默示的擔保，包括辨識與營養數值的準確性、適用於特定目的、或服務不中斷。我們對因使用或無法使用本 app 而產生的任何間接、附帶、衍生或懲罰性損害不負責任，對你的全部責任以你在事件發生前 12 個月內支付給我們的訂閱費用為上限。消費者保護法等強制規定賦予你的權利不受這一條影響。
11. 準據法與管轄
這份條款以中華民國（台灣）法律為準據法。因這份條款產生的爭議，雙方同意以台灣台北地方法院為第一審管轄法院。
12. 服務與條款的變更
我們可能新增、修改或移除本 app 的功能，也可能更新這份條款。條款更新時我們會修改這個頁面與生效日期，重大變更會在 app 內提示。更新後繼續使用本 app，表示你接受更新後的條款；如果你不接受，請停止使用並依第 4 條取消訂閱。
13. 終止
你可以隨時刪除本 app 停止使用。如果你違反這份條款，我們可以拒絕向你提供 AI 功能或伺服器服務。我們也可能在提前公告後停止本 app 的營運；屆時你在裝置上的紀錄仍然是你的。

Terms of Use (English)
Effective date: September 7, 2026
Feastie (the “app”) is developed and operated by LikeABossApp (“we”, “us”). By downloading, installing or using the app you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
1. Acceptance and eligibility. You must be at least 13 years old to use the app. Minors should obtain a parent’s or guardian’s consent before using the app or purchasing a subscription. The Feastie Privacy Policy explains how personal data is handled and forms part of these terms.
2. The service. The app is a food diary: you photograph a meal, AI identifies the foods and estimates portions and nutrition, you correct the result and save it as a meal. You can also enter meals by hand or pick foods from the database in Search. There are no accounts; every record is stored on your device.
These features are free for good: manual entry, Search (bundled database and online lookup), the diary, History, Trends, Goals, nutrition labels and meal photos. AI photo recognition and AI text estimates require a Feastie Pro subscription.
3. Feastie Pro subscription. Feastie Pro is an auto-renewable subscription offered monthly and yearly (currently NT$250 a month and NT$990 a year; the price shown in the App Store at the time of purchase applies), with a 7-day free trial.
- Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase. Cancelling during the trial costs nothing.
- The subscription renews automatically, and your account is charged within 24 hours before the end of the current period, unless you turn off auto-renewal at least 24 hours before it ends in Settings › Apple Account › Subscriptions.
- The free trial can be used once per Apple Account; resubscribing after cancelling does not start a new trial.
- Fair use: each subscription allows up to 12 AI recognitions a day (photo recognition and text estimates combined, counted in Taiwan time), during the trial as well. The cap exists to keep AI costs in check and may be adjusted with notice.
- When a subscription lapses or is cancelled, all of your records remain on your device and the free features keep working; only the two AI features stop.
4. Cancellation, refunds and restoring purchases. Subscriptions are managed by Apple. You can cancel at any time in Settings › Apple Account › Subscriptions or through Manage Subscription in the app; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period, and fees already paid are not refunded pro rata. Refunds are requested from Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com and handled under Apple’s policies; we cannot issue refunds directly. On a new device or after reinstalling, tap Restore Purchases in the app while signed in to the same Apple Account to regain your subscription.
5. AI recognition and nutrition figures are estimates. Food recognition, portion estimates, calorie and nutrient values, and the daily targets estimated from your body data are all estimates. They carry error, and the AI may misidentify a food or misjudge a portion. The underlying databases (Taiwan FDA nutrition data and USDA FoodData Central) have limitations of their own. Treat the numbers as a reference and correct them yourself.
The app is not a medical device and does not provide medical, nutritional or weight-loss advice; it is no substitute for a physician or dietitian. If you have diabetes, kidney disease, an eating disorder or a food allergy, or are pregnant, breastfeeding or under any medical treatment, consult a professional before changing your diet based on the app’s figures. The app cannot detect allergens and does not guarantee that it can tell the ingredients of packaged foods.
6. Fair use. You agree not to: call the app’s services with automated programs, scripts or bots; decompile or crack the app, or attempt to bypass subscription verification, usage caps or rate limits; use the credentials embedded in the app for anything other than the app; submit unlawful, infringing or inappropriate content to the recognition service; or otherwise interfere with the service. We may throttle or suspend service in response to abnormal traffic.
7. Intellectual property. The app and its design, code, text and images belong to us or our licensors and are licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use only. The records and photos you create in the app are yours. Nutrition data in the bundled database comes from the public datasets of the Taiwan Food and Drug Administration and the U.S. Department of Agriculture and is used under their respective terms.
8. Third-party services. AI recognition depends on OpenAI, online food search on USDA FoodData Central, subscriptions on Apple, and our server runs on Cloudflare. These services may be interrupted, changed or discontinued, and we cannot guarantee their continued availability. We will do our best to restore service or offer an alternative, but we are not liable for third-party outages.
9. Apple App Store terms. The app is distributed through the Apple App Store, and Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies; where the two conflict, these terms prevail. These terms are an agreement between you and us, not Apple, and Apple is not responsible for the app or its content, maintenance or support. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them against you.
10. Disclaimer and limitation of liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the app is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including as to the accuracy of recognition and nutrition figures, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted service. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the app, and our total liability to you is limited to the subscription fees you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. Rights granted to you by mandatory consumer protection law are not affected.
11. Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan). Disputes arising from them are subject to the jurisdiction of the Taiwan Taipei District Court as the court of first instance.
12. Changes to the service and these terms. We may add, change or remove features of the app and may update these terms. When we do, we update this page and its effective date; significant changes will be announced in the app. Continuing to use the app after an update means you accept the updated terms. If you do not, stop using the app and cancel your subscription as described in section 4.
13. Termination. You may stop using the app at any time by deleting it. If you breach these terms, we may refuse you the AI features or our server services. We may also discontinue the app with advance notice; the records on your device remain yours.
