你的資料存在哪裡
你在 Soulento 裡寫下的清單項目（反向清單與感激清單）、放下的紀錄、語言與每日一句的設定，全部儲存在你自己的裝置上。清單和紀錄不會上傳到任何伺服器，我們看不到，也不想看。你切換語言、關掉或打開每日一句的動作，會以匿名事件回報（只有「切到哪個語言」「開或關」，見下方）。
每日一句與慢電台
App 每天會向我們的伺服器請求一句話；你按下播放時，慢電台會從我們的伺服器串流音樂，網路不通時就改放 app 內建的音樂。這些請求不包含任何個人識別資訊——沒有帳號、沒有你寫的任何內容。伺服器為了提供服務，會短暫處理標準的連線紀錄（例如 IP 位址），僅用於傳送內容。
使用統計與當機報告
為了知道 app 有沒有正常運作、哪裡用起來卡卡的，我們使用 Google Firebase 收集匿名的使用統計與當機報告。
會收的：裝置型號、系統版本、app 語言、由 IP 推算的大概地區（城市層級）、一個匿名的安裝識別碼、當機紀錄，以及「介面發生了什麼」的事件——例如開了或關了輸入框、關掉每日一句、按了播放、電台播放失敗、打開了「已放下的事情」、切換語言。
不會收的：你寫下的任何內容、字數，或任何能對應到某一件事、某一個人的資訊。沒有帳號，也沒有任何一種「使用者 ID」。
這些資料只用來改善 app。我們不會拿它來對你發通知、提醒你回來，也不會把它跟你在其他 app 或網站的行為連在一起。Google 如何處理這些資料，請見 Google 隱私權政策。

Privacy Policy (English)
Effective date: September 27, 2026
The short version: Everything you write stays on your device. We collect only anonymous usage stats and crash reports, to make the app better, not to get to know you.
Your data. Your list items (on both the letting-go list and the gratitude list), released items, language and daily-quote preferences are stored only on your device. Your items and history are never uploaded to any server. Switching the language, or turning the daily quote on or off, is reported as an anonymous event (only which language, and on or off — see below).
Daily quote and the radio. The app fetches one sentence a day from our server, and when you press play, the radio streams music from our server; if the network is unavailable, it plays music built into the app instead. These requests contain no accounts and none of your content. Standard connection logs (such as IP addresses) are processed transiently to deliver the content.
Usage stats and crash reports. To know whether the app is working properly and where it feels awkward, we use Google Firebase to collect anonymous usage statistics and crash reports.
What we collect: device model, OS version, app language, an approximate region derived from your IP address (city level), an anonymous installation identifier, crash logs, and events describing what the interface did — for example: the input opened or closed, the daily quote was dismissed, play was pressed, the radio failed to play, the released list was opened, the language was switched.
What we don’t collect: anything you write, how long it is, or anything that could be tied to a specific item or a specific person. There are no accounts and no user ID of any kind.
This data is used only to improve the app. We never use it to send you notifications, to remind you to come back, or to connect it with what you do in other apps or websites. See the Google Privacy Policy for how Google handles this data.
What we don’t do: no accounts, no ads, no tracking across other apps or websites, no selling or sharing of data, no push notifications, and no using usage stats to nudge you back.
Deleting your data. Delete the app and everything you wrote goes with it. Collected usage stats and crash reports are anonymous and cannot be traced back to you.
